Dedicated Production
At Major Tool & Machine, we can take a specific component or assembly and develop a turnkey manufacturing process based on your requirements. Our Dedicated Production Division is built around our most talented employees with experience ranging from machinery acquisition, installation and maintenance, process development, and delivery of the final product.
We have recently installed a purpose built manufacturing line, which produces a complex assembly of large parts and utilizes 70,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space. Our engineering team specified all equipment and shop layout optimized for efficient part flow. Incoming raw material is rough machined, robotically welded, finished machined, grit blasted, cleaned, vacuum tested and robotically painted to produce a finished assembly.
