Family Promise, Night Without a Bed Fundraiser
As neighbors of Family Promise of Greater Indianapolis for more than 12 years, MTM employees have witnessed overwhelmed parents with kids of all ages enter their doors across the street, grateful to have a place to stay with needs attended to by volunteers. We have also seen and supported those same families move into housing of their own thanks to the work of the professional case managers and staff at FPGI.
Family Promise of Greater Indianapolis believes in keeping every family together regardless of their makeup, and MTM employees support their mission to keep that going even through this pandemic. Team MTM is proud to support FPGI by offering our time, talent, and treasure to uplift those in need.
Help us raise $2,500 by Saturday, May 1, and Major Tool & Machine will match to reach our $5,000 goal!
FPGI Statistics:
More than 73% of families secure permanent housing of their own.
More than 87% of families retain that housing for at least two years.
Family Promise never sacrificed capacity in the pandemic but expanded from serving eight to serving 20 families at a time when the economy led many more to call shelters.
